Neil Diamond Parkinson's news strengthens LOD resolve!
The mission grows.
The news of Neil Diamond’s retirement from concert touring due to Parkinson’s disease has strengthened the resolve of the Jersey Shore-based Light of Day Foundation, which fights Parkinson’s and related diseases through a series of concerts around the world.
“I feel badly Neil has to retire because of Parkinson’s just as I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with that horrible disease,” said Light of Day executive director Tony Pallagrosi. “It just makes my resolve stronger and gives me one more reason to fight this disease until we defeat it.”
